Details of the Shoot
This is a REGISTERED WSAA Outdoor 3-D shoot. 2 rounds of 20 targets, realistic shots--fun course. Field points only, no broadheads, rangefinders, draw locks or crossbows. Raffles: 2nd commemorative HHA Knife by David Yellowhorse; Bushnell digital tracking camera; Taxidermy. Concessions will be available for lunch and limited breakfast. Dutch oven dinner the night of the 25th. Please bring pot luck side dish. Shootoff of top 5 archers on evening of 25th. Flashlight scramble Fri. and Sat. nights. Games: Darts, Poker, Tic-Tac-Toe. Free kindergarten course for children under 6. Will have Genesis bows on hand for use. Primitive camp sites are available. Bring your camping gear and spend the weekend with us or there may be motels available in Big Piney. Trophy round will be $10 adults, $8 youth (12 to 16 years), $5 cub (under 12). Additional rounds can be shot for $5. 2nd round on Sunday must start no later than 1 p.m.
Directions to the Shoot
Shoot will be held on Bridger National Forest 25 miles west of Big Piney, WY. Follow hwy 350 west from Big Piney, continue straight on Middle Piney Road at end of pavement to F.S. boundry(approx 20 miles from Big Piney). Turn left and travel approx. 5 miles to Fish Creek. Signs will be posted. |
