I don't know it inserts are avaliable for the 30X's but you can use 2514 inserts in them. X-cutters use 2413 inserts. Darrel switchyhuntr 02-24-2006, 08:32 PM thanx i'll get me some and try them out puttin' blazers on them possibly gettin' some ted nugent edition gold tip arrows also be puttin' blazers on them to Darrel 02-24-2006, 08:38 PM With large arrows like the X-Cutters and 30X pros you have to watch fletching clearance when using Blazer vanes. The balzers are taller than standard vanes. Darrel Chris 02-24-2006, 09:47 PM I agree with Darrell, blazers may be a problem on a shaft that fat. I shoot feathers on my 30x shafts. I don't have to worry about contact. CSS Shooter 02-27-2006, 03:12 PM Guys I may be mistaken but I think that the X-cutter and the X30's were designed strictly for indoor use only. Not to be hunted with. But I don know I have shot one of the X-cutters through a 3/4 inch piece of OSB and it didn't hurt the shaft. I was working w/ my new back tension release and didn't have it set strong enough. Result one hole in my sheet of safety wood. CSS Shooter 02-27-2006, 03:13 PM I know you can use the X-cutters for 3-D. |
