My buddy's mom hit this guy last night about a mile from his house.:doh: :doh: We told her when she left to watch for deer, about 2 minutes later we get the call that she hit something with horns. Sure enough, it's the buck that has been popping up on our trailcams all over the place this past season. He would have been a real nice buck to shoot next year. My buddy really wanted him this year and I was trying to convince him to let him go one more season, thats a mute point now! What do you all do with nice roadkill bucks, skull mounts, cap mounts, or full shoulder mounts??? Keep in mind our local taxi does full shoulders for $185:p and he does excellent work. We have had 3 done by Earl and they all look great. What do you guys and gals think?

well, since the truck in the background is a chevy id do a euro and but the chevy bowtie emblem on the top of the skull :D

Make something out of the antlers like a lamp,or picture frame. You could sell the mount to a restaurant or bar or someone who wants to dress up their camp but doesn't hunt or maybe sell on Ebay.

One more vote for the Euro. Then put the ford emblem on the mount plaque.:D

I'd do a shoulder mount and engrave "road kill" on the little brass plate...still a nice buck and would look great in anyone's home.

the mount at my parents house is a roadkill buck. A big old 8-point. he was just too pretty not to mount, but that was way before I was born.

He's a dandy, but would have definitely been a bruiser next year! Sorry about your buddy's mom's car!

It scored 133" & 3/8", he is leaning towards a shoulder mount. I'll be sure to post some pics on here in about 6 months when he gets him back.
