Not my idea, just liked it and copied it.

Thanks guys. At first I wasn't sure if I would like it. Turned out pretty good!
I like the way it shows off the teeth.

Nice! I never saw one done like that.

1 question, why the arrow head plaque with a case in the upper corner:noidea:

I still think it looks good and congrats on the bear.

I agree it looks good. Any bear skull on the wall looks good. Did you do anything with the hide?

Your bear skull look's awsome . What did you use to whiten up the skull ?

I ask because i have a 10 point buck rack here I would like to finish and right now it's still a yellowish colour and i would really like to whiten it up if it's not too late.

The taxidermist cleaned it but didn't do much else with it.
I cleaned it up with the regular store strength of hydrogen peroxide, brushed off the flakes. They I sprayed it with a clear lacquer.

I also ran a bead of super glue along the inside gum line on the teeth because I heard they can fall out over time.

Gorilla glue the pieces to the plaque.

There's a picture of the shoulder mount in another post on here somewhere.
