What do yo guys think of the Switchback vs. the bowtech tribute? Looking to purchase one of the two.

I think that the best advice anyone can give you about any bow is go and shoot it. I know you won't be dissapointed in either of them. I presently own a Tribute but I have shot the Switchback XT and it is also a sweet shooting bow. Have you looked at any other bows? If not don't sell yourself short by just choosing between these two. Names are good, but they are not everything!!!

Why is it that people keep bringing this up,evertime we do someone gets there feelings hurt i wish we could block this type of thread, not to discourage anyone from posting but I for one would like to see a seperate section for brand debates, better yet brand reveiws were you have to enter actual serail numbers to prove you are not bashing or hyping a brand.

THIS IS IN NO MEANS MEANT TO HURT ANYONES FEELINGS.
PLEASE CONTINUE TO POST AND IF I AM OUTA LINE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
JUST THINK WE COULD ALL GET A LONG EASEIR IF THIS STUFF WOULD STOP.
THEY ARE BOTH GREAT BOWS, BUY ONE OF EACH, IT IS ONLY MONEY AND YOU CANT TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO.:biggrin1:

I think it best that you shoot both of them and you should also shoot a Hoyt Trykon. Yes I know they are all the BIG 3 but if you can afford them I would get one of these. Other brands worth mentioning are PSE,ROSS,MARTIN,PARKER,AR check them all out if you can because you may just find one that fits you to a "T". But if you want my opinion on which one is the BEST then I would say Mathews Switchback XT. But I am very NON-BIAS. And also I would like to say that yes BOWMAN you are outa line and should stop posting immediately.:biggrin1:

I shot them both and liked them i just felt that the tribute had a little less vibration and was faster at my draw length. But I might add that you should shoot as many as you can and find the one that makes you happy.

Both are awesome rigs, but the one thing you may want to look at is resale! You won't beat the Mathews when it comes to that!

Obviously I am kidding.
hey,why did the chicken cross the road?
because he wasn't chicken....
I would NOT say that resale is a good reason to buy a Mathews....especially if I where you BUTlER.
what a crock. You get what you pay for anyways.Resale on both these bows are compromising to there price you buy them for.
Just shoot them both look at what both bows will do for you.... and buy the thing. You won't be dissapointed with either bow.
Don't ask Bowman anymore hard questions like this one,he might get a white van pull up in his yard and take him away and we might not talk to him anymore.
I recommend you get out of archery all together Bowman I can catch up in posts count then.
ha,ha.

All I was trying to do was help people get along w/each other. But you turn it in to I am trying to up my post count????? Who cares about that crap anyway, the only thing I ever asked about post count was when does the title under your name change. Trying to mke the world of archery better and maybe a little and send it to the lighter side. You know laugh a little, instead of halving to hear all the time about this bow is better and that bow is better. All I am saying is the posts, Which is better X brand-y brand are a waste of time, all you will here is x-bow is great and that is because I shoot it. Most of the time people dont even give a reason why they feel that way. I would like you to have a nice day.
