Ed took the shot and hollored A profanity laced sentence.......
and we couldnt figure out what happened........
checked the whole bow over, at first he was bleeding pretty bad......
well he finally looked at his peep and relizes the screw in apeture is missing....:doh:
it was prety funny, but he said it hurt like a mother:censored: .....

I had it pretty tight I guess I need to check it before each shoot...I really don't wan't to locktite it...:noidea:

Maybe you could put some string wax on it. That may help keep it in.:noidea:

keep the eye in or the apeture? Seriously though I am glad it wasnt more serious. It couldve been a lot worse I suppose.

trhre is a ock tite that is not permanent, ouch, hope you are ok.

Yeah I'm fine, thanks for asking...I suppose if it got me in the eye it might have done some damage, it did hit me pretty hard.:Cry: :laugh:

I've been using the stuff for years...I have some blue that I may put on it.

I had a issue recently with a peep that I got new one after I and contacted this co and they treated me with all the kindness of a long lost son:biggrin1:
even replaced my pep wrench that got messed up using on a bad threaded peep.:biggrin1:
Just contact them Ed I promise you they will bend over backwards to replace your insert.and make you feel lie a long lost beloved son.:hug:

Might try some of tha baggie stuff to hold it in place to:noidea:
I use tha lite loctite.
