Well, my new string jig finally showed up. I'll get it put together tomorrow and post a picture. It's a nice one. Boy, it's pretty sad state when we get excited over something like a string jig.:)

View Full Version : New Brownell String Jig Chris 09-01-2004, 10:10 PM Well, my new string jig finally showed up. I'll get it put together tomorrow and post a picture. It's a nice one. Boy, it's pretty sad state when we get excited over something like a string jig.:) glenny 09-08-2004, 10:52 PM Wait till that forkhorn comes trotting by... Just kidding chris... I was wondering if this new jig of yours will really be as nice as it is suppose to be after all. I guess the string tightener isn't included aye? I wonder if jeffro has the boatwinch cranked past 300 lbs.? Far as I can say it make sense to have the string_tight as you can get it. Chris 09-08-2004, 11:07 PM I don't know what to say. I'm waiting to hear more information on the stretcher. If I don't get the results I want, it's going back. glenny 09-09-2004, 08:00 AM Jeffro made my strings,he said I got 280,at 68lbs.w/no nocks on her, yippy! I am happy...can't wait to shoot her now. I would check it out and if it don't work out,get the one jeff's got maybe, I guess. |
