i recently purchased a carter target 4 release aid and am having trouble shooting it correctly, any tips anyone has to make it a little easier for me. any info would be greatly appreciated.

its called BLANK BALE, and a lot of it. close your eyes and relax and feel the shot over and over and over and over and over for 2-4 weeks! hope this helps!

I got a solution 3 and have only had it a couple of weeks but someone here gave me the best advice make you up a mock bow ( stick and string to your draw length ) and play with your release as much as possible. then when you move to your bow shoot close and concentrate on form and not target.
