Have any of you XT owners noticed the end serving at the cam separating a little? A friend has shot his XT about 200 times and it looks kinda nasty. The shop owner reserved it and said that factory servings are sometimes a little loose. How about it fellas any of you heard this? Thanks alot.

My cable is doing it I noticed it after about 40 - 50 shots. Its doing it where it has to go around that really hard bend in the cam I was told it is normal wear and if it gets bad to bring it in for a lil re serving. Im just gonna wait until it gets bad and get a new cable with some colors in it.:humble:

The orginal Switchbacks all did the same thing. Mine still has the original string and cable. The problem is the cable serveing is too fat. Mine did the same thing you are describing. If you remove part of that serving the problem will go away. Mine did. Mine has to have at least 2500 shots after we removed the serving and I see no damage to the cable strands.

Well I don't shoot the XT, but IF I use a factory string the 1st thing I do is remove all the factory serving and reserve it. On more than one occasion after just a few shots the factory serving has started seperating. Buy yourself a good serving jig and learn to do your own. It's not hard and I actually enjoy it.:peace:

23 Days! Something is not right here. I ordered XT 29" 70# bows probably 12-14 days ago and they are here already. Shipping time to IN should be 2-3 days max.

I think the dealer is to blame, I mean come on this is rediculous.....maybe the slow time of the year and has no money to order them. :noidea:

Just as a side note. I checked my records. I ordered the XT 29/70s on 3/6 and there were delivered 3/14.

That's what 8 days, granted we are very close to mathews(2.5hrs). Shipping time only takes 1 day.
