If you look at page 10 of this pdf, it has an arrow selection chart. These arrows should shoot well for you. Carbon Impact really doesn't assign a numeric spine to their arrows that I can find.

The arrows themselves are really well built. They say "fat shaft" on them, but they aren't fat shafts..:noidea:

These are .003" straight and weigh 7.9 grains per inch.
