My 11 yr old son HAD to have rattlesnake for his birthday dinner! Yes, he watches too much 'Man vs. Wild'.....anyway, I reluctantly gave in and fried the snake. It was DELICIOUS! I battered it in flour/egg/flour seasoned with steak seasoning and fried it in olive oil. Yummy!
:noidea:
I've eaten Rattlesnake since I was a youngster, it's fine dining....:D
