OKay I have a question for you all. I am going to be shooting FOBs this year and i was wondering about arrow recovery. I know the fob pops off so on a pass through I would have to find the arrow by the shaft only. I am shooting maxima hunter so the shafts are black and camo. I was thinking about using a wrap but I am curious about weather or not anyone has had a problem with deer seeing them (the Wraps) in their quiver. May seem like a stupid question but it's been on my mind. Also any reccomendation on colors for the wraps? Or is there a glo paint I could use in the shaft. Thanks everyone for your input.

there are fluorescent wraps in a few colors. there's also a cloth fletching cover you can put on your quiver. i forget who makes it though

another question........anyone know what size wrap i need for maxima hunter 350s?

Cabelas 2008 archery cataloge has dozens of wraps including glow in the darks. If your looking for wraps it would be worth your time to take a look at what they have. Just go to cabelas.com and go to archery.

4" or 6", doesn't matter....just your preference. Deer won't see them coming and even if they did, it would be too late! Get some cool custom wraps from JC Morgan!

When I was asking about the size for the wrap I was talking about the width. I was going to order them from battle drum but I need to order the length and width. I am not sure about the width I need for my maxima arrows.

Just tell 'em what kind of arrow you're shoot'n, they'll know the right width.

Ditto that..Ive used all kinds of bright colors and never had a issue. I tend to belive a deer will see you before a arrow wrap up in a tree. Hunt high enough and no issues either way.

on wondering if being seen? Anything to break up your outline meaning no solid colors. I noticed Jdawg mentioned up high. I hunt sagebrush country and desert muley's and elk. Sometimes tree's are not available. One of the things I do is set my camoflage out in the environment I hunt and pick out the one that blends in the best. On the bow situation set it out in a field with arrows and see what you can see. Meaning pick out several different brands of camoflage clothing and set them out and watch how they look in bright sunlight and shaded area. If you can see the difference I know the animals see it for sure. If I hunt sagebrush area I have ghost camo that blends in well and the more I wash it the better it gets. They say deer are color blind? Movement is your biggest give away. Try my little test and you might be surprised on what you see. Also have friend walk and area and watch him with different gear on and see what happens. Movement is your biggest give away!!! Hope I could help.
