I have 9 used 3-39 440 arrows that are just over 28 inches. Six have half outserts to make them 28 1/2. These outserts are same diameter as the arrow shaft. 3 have no outserts.The arrows are fletched with 4 inch feathers one is not fletched. I shot 3D with them for a couple of years. They are in good shape. $60.00 to your door. USPS money order preferred.
