1st Annual Thumb Area Triple Crown

IBO Format with the following exceptions:
There will be no vane restrictions in the Hunter Class
Three Youth Classes will be added: Hunter Class 9-12( Cub), Hunter Class 13-14, and Hunter Class 15-17. These Classes shall abide by all Hunter Class equipment restrictions.
The HC9-12 will shoot from the white stakes and the HC13-14 and HC15-17 will shoot from the orange stakes.

All adult classes will be $20.00 with $8.00 going to prize fund at each leg and $2.00 going towards Grand Champion Fund. (All adult classes will be money classes).
All youth classes will be $10.00 with $2.00 going to plaque fund at each leg and $1.00 going towards Grand Champion plaque Fund.
There will be 4 legs to shoot (3 must be shot to qualify) and if all 4 are shot low score will be tossed.
All Shoots will start at 9:00 am
1st leg: July 19th and 20th @ Full Quiver & More Archery 9309 Webb Rd, Goodells MI (Debbie Post 810-325-1307)

2nd Leg: July 26th and 27th @ Sanilac Sportsman's Club 3200 Goetz Rd, Deckerville MI (Bill Warren 810-622-8223)

3rd Leg: Aug 9th and 10th @ Mid Thumb Bowmen 2080 Stinson Rd, Brown City Mi (C.R. LaFata 810-378-5124)

Final Leg: Sep. 6th and 7th @ Silver Trails Archery (Boy Scout Shoot) 7140 Jeddo Rd, Jeddo MI (Jerry Hutchinson 810-387-2017)

Thumb Triple Crown Archery Tournament

Archers must compete in 3 of the 4 legs to be eligible for overall championship. If all 4 legs are shot the low score will be dropped.
IBO rules will be followed except for the following:
*There will be no rule regarding the style or length of fletchings in the HC
3 new youth classes will be created: HC9-12 (cub), HC13-14, and HC15-17. HC9-12 will shoot from white stakes and HC13-14 and HC15-17 from the orange.
Fees for money classes will be $20.00 per archer (for the Thumb Triple Crown all adult classes will be money classes including HC classes) and trophy classes will be $10.00 per archer. Any archer that is 8 and under will be charged $5.00
In the money classes the entry fee will be divided as follows: $10.00 to the host club, $8.00 to prize fund for class being shot, and $2.00 for overall champion plaques.
In the youth classes $7.00 will go to the host club, $2.00 will towards event plaque fund and $1.00 for overall champion plaques. For archers 8 and under all $5.00 will go to the host club. If so choosing host club may reward all participants of 8 and under division a medallion or ribbon.
*Any person choosing to not participate in the Thumb Triple Crown , but who still wishes to shoot the course will be charged normal host course fees with no money going to prize fund.
Host course will be responsible to send out monetary awards within 5 days and plaques within 14 days.
Host course will document all participants including class shot, amount collected, and final scores. These shall be forwarded to the Secretary/Treasurer (to be determined) in a timely manner to ensure proper scoring, prize fund, etc.
Each leg of the Thumb Triple Crown will be a 2 day event
(Saturday and Sunday). All monies collected thru concessions, novelty shots, etc. will go to the host course.
