Members, click on the Red Yield sign at the top right of the post to report any threads or posts that my need my attention. Your posts will only be flagged as possible spam if you have links or pictures in your posts. After you have a "few" posts this will no longer happen. We do go through and review and approve the posts that get moderated. It is kind of a pain but it is necessary to keep the spammers and porn people out of the forum.
