Hi,

Me and my girlfried are interested to start archery.

Because we are just beginners, we really would not like
to buy two bows at the moment. So I wonder, is it possible
to start with one bow, which would be suitable to both of us?

What kind of a bow we should buy? Traditional (olympic) or this
what game hunters often use (don't know English world for it!).

I'm about 6 feet tall and my girlfriend about 5 feet 7 inches.
And obviosly i'm quite much stronger.

Thanks,

Eddie

You will each need to get a bow that is set up to your individual needs. Draw length will be very different for both of you as will weight, peep sight location, and other preferences.

Good luck!

Check out a Mathews Genesis it is not Draw length specific and the lower Draw weight would not hurt you any just make sure she can draw it easily. And should fit bow of you. It would be a great way to see if you both want to persue this great sport. Good luck

gotta second the Genisis as it will be able to be shot by both of you, w/no changes needing to be made.
