130's, shooter depending on where you are at. Ohio we would let him walk, here in Florida that would be a great buck.

Guess it depends on what you want; I shoot it in a heartbeat. I agree with 3.5yrs.; really hard to tell on score from those pictures. I don't think he'll make 140-150 though, I'm not that good at scoring them either.

I wanted to hear what you guys thought. I myself think I am shooting. I am guessing him at about 125-130 but when he loses the velvet he may be a lot smaller. Tough to tell with the velvet on him. I do think he is at least a 3.5 year old. So for me he is a shooter.

Yes, he's a shooter. I assume the date on the camera is wrong?

for me, he would be meat on the table:hungry: . I never could find:frusty: any type of tenderizer that would work on the antlers enough to be able to eat them:noidea:

the neck looked 3-4 year old thick...most deer hit their peak at 6ish..many pro ranches like to let them go to 7-8 and lose some inches to shoot the older bucks. I like to shoot them around 6...but if somebody else could take him this year or next shoot him from 40 yards:biggrin1: . Can he wait?

In Ohio on our farm we have a 130min so with that deer we would let walk, take the velvet off and he my be 125. Take a doe instead and let that deer become a 140 or so.

Here in western NC, guys would throw rocks at that deer if nothing else was handy. We don't get many deer like that around here. In eastern NC and north GA, they'd let it walk. There's probably a 12-point behind the next tree, waiting to see if that youngster made it through the clearing.

I've been deer hunting since 1975. I haven't cared enough to learn how a rack is scored, yet. Here in Northern Michigan, that's a shooter.

I think he is a 4.5 year old

he has 24" main beams
clean 10 pointer with decent g2s and great g3s

I am going to say he is going to 138" net, and yes i would shoot him

Great buck , If he gave me those angles in the pictures, well he'd be on the ground. Good luck with that 10 point.

I would shoot himhe is probably 4.5 by the looks of his face. roman nose little discoloration. he is also starting to get a swag belly. If he was close to my place in West Ky he wouldnt make it.
