As some of you know I have been looking for a lens and adapter for my Hogg It sight...I called Spot Hogg and was able to talk to a company rep,actually 2 reps...I was treated very kindly while they answered all my questions,and I had quite a few...

Here are some things you might want to know...

the 2 inch pin guard is the small size measurement,the 2 3/8 inch is the large...

The biggest pins you can use are .029 with the Hogg Wrap...

You can use .039 and larger with the adapter...

If you already have a wrap,all you will need is the Lens...

If you do not have the wrap you will need Lens and adapter or the wrap...

Lens focus, 2 X will blur around 55 to 60 yards , 4 X will blur around 40 to 45 yards , 6 X will require a peep carifier...

The Lens does not magnify your pins as it fits behind your pins...

If you have the Hogg Wrap you will be able to hunt til dark...

If you get the Adapter,you will lose the last 10 to 15 minutes of the hunt...Remember this is actually a sunshade...

If you need to upgrade your pins they are $5.00 each. sizes are .039 .029 .019 you can order them in any stock color...

I got 2 .039 Green pins for my 10 and 20 yard pins..
the other 3 pins are factory .029 for 30 and beyond..

I got my order today and everything is on my bow...I looked through the sites and my 4 X lens does have a tad bit of blur around 45 yrds but it is nothing that will affect you taking a shot at that distance...These lens are very clear and the blur is not that bad at all...I would recommend this set-up...As far as fogging and freezing of the Lens...There are many products you can wipe your Lens with,Clarity I believe is one of them...

I have not noticed my pins brightness level dropping yet,I am going to shoot in a few minutes and see what happens...

Over all,im very happy with my purchase...
