I was at a 3d shoot over the weekend and there was a guy shooting a Hoyt bow (don't remember the model) but it was the quietest bow I ever heard. The release was louder than the bow. What is the quietest bows some of you have heard? I was amazed how quiet it was.

I have a FB TRX32 and compared to my dads 06 hoyt ultramag, it is just loud. His bow is so quiet. I would say hoyt makes the whisper bow.

My Drenalin LD is the quietest bow I have ever personnally shot......:noidea:

have seen some PSE's that were also pretty noise-less.......

Wouldnt be surprised if the Hoyt wasnt a Katera, fine bow from Hoyt.

Some Hoyts I have seen have been somewhat heavier then alot of other bows, so with a heavier bow, lower # and a midweight to heavy arrow you can really quiet a bow.

I'm thinkin' my Prestige is pretty quiet with my 477 grain arrow.... :rockon:

I shot an Alpine bow today and there was no noise at all. As a diehard Hoyt fan, I was quite impressed.

My XT with is pretty quiet.


When I shoot my 650gr 2219's its almost too quiet.:lol:

definately the bowtech guardian is the quitest I have ever shot!!!

BowTech Guardian or General. Out of the ones I have the Guardian is by far the quietest.
