It came in thursday...To be very honest with you,I thought it would be a little more cheaply built...It is MIL. SPEC...All the webbing in the seat to the tail of the harness rig...
page 3 say's - WHAT SECURES YOU IN THE TREE: a 5000# Mil Spec forged steel snap hook.2500# forged steel adjuster buckle to a 9600# Mil Spec webbing,it will hold 5 guys on a drop and recovery routine,it will keep one hunter securely in a tree!!!
It is built far passed what a hunter will use it for IMO..So far I am extremely impressed with it...I just cannot get over how well built it is,I dont see how someone could ever fall out of the tree if used correctly...I have not climbed up a tree with it yet, going to do that today...
Here are some pix of my Tree Saddle rig...
It came in solid green...Here are some pix of the Klien climbers with 3'' TREE gaffs...

Closer pic of the Tree gaff...Pole gaffs are not intended for Tree climbing, please keep that in mind for your safety...

First thing me and my wife done was cut some AP green mesh fabric to fit the Tree Saddle, then it was sewn into the webbing of the seat without puncturing the webbing,it is about a 1/8 webbing...A yarn needle is perfect for this...I think the fabric shows up very well with the green saddle behind it...

Next,my wife made me some utility bags to hold the climbing straps...She used a heavy canvass material in Super Flauge...They should last a long time...Carabiners will hold these to the Saddle...

Done for now...
