I have a brand new CVA Optima Elite .243 rifle that I paid $425 for. It has stainless barrel and receiver with Realtree camo on stock and forearm. This gun is able to change barrels like the T/C Encore. From rifle to shotgun or muzzle loader. Also the barrels are made in Spain by Bergarra Barrels.
