first time here. are there any big money tournaments or series these days? thanks in advance.

Look at the Thread for the Peoria tournament....not HUGE money, but last year first place in Men's Championship took nearly $1300...PLUS the overall awards valued at nearly $400. Not to bad for a 142 shooter event!

Don't know what the purse this year is yet, however. It all depends upon the follow-through of last year's sponsors...what with the economy, etc; who knows?

Of course, the more CHAMPIONSHIP shooters enter....the more their division gets in the % of overall donated purse....
