Im sure there will be a lot of diff. ideas but what do you think is the best 3-d bow out there today and why.
I will be useing this bow for 3-d shoots as I have others allready set up for hunting.

For target I prefer a longet ATA and more brace height than what most hunting bows offer. I would go with Hoyt's Vantage line. Top of the line IMO.

29" draw. I would be shooting IBO.
I have 70# limbs on my hunting bow but will order 60# limbs for this one.

A couple I have been looking at among others are the conquest apex and conquest apex 7. Any opinions on these?

Depends on how serious you want to get... the Apex isn't fast enough at 60 lbs and 29" unless you want to shoot a 300 grain arrow and then it's close.
The A-7 will get you to 280fps with a 350 grain arrow at 60lbs...
I'd look at a Prestige infact that's what I'll be shooting this year... the same 350 grain arrow will get you 290 +...

I like the a-7 with its longer a2a length and brace but hear good things about the prestige also.
It will be intresting to see what there new line is. I dont plan to buy until they have the new ones out. Any idea on what date that will be?

Midnight Sunday/Monday there is a countdown clock on the forum and on the home page of Mathews...

I also like the longer a2a, however in order to shoot a heavier arrow so as to buck the wind on the pro ranges I'm going to the Prestige. The A-7 is doable but with 60lbs is a little light in the britches.... and at my age I'm tired of pulling 70lbs even for 3-D
