To All Oklahoma Ranges
It getting time again to start the Schedule on ASA in Oklahoma I Know its a little Early this year but we need to get started getting dates for the ranges who is looking to hold a Qualifier this year.
Please go on ASA website and print off the Schedule of all National Shoots we will not have a Qualifier on the same weekend of a National Qualifier so those dates are Posted. The state Championship will be held on July of 2009 this year on the 11th and the 12th (Range to be Named after I contact them) that is One weeks before the Columbus because the first weekend is July 4th and the weekend before that is metropolis IL. ASA moved the Columbus up this year which gives us a shorter time to plain so let’s start now. Before your dates are put on the calendar this year you will need to have your ASA Insurance in place before hand.
Please read your ASA rules and class information because ASA has made some Changes all ranges will need to have the range set up for the new class
of K45 and K50 witch is all known distances and all range will need 50% of the Qualifying range for the other class as Known distance( this is up to the Ranges on how you will handle this ). This is a request of ASA this year there was some Complaints last year for not doing this to ASA and Luke took the hit thank you Luke for taking it on the chin for us.
if you have any questions please Call me at 918 640 3388 or 918 367 9340 or email me at coyotebluff05@hotmail.com please send me the dates by email or call me There is a new Rep in Oklahoma in OKC who will be helping me this year in the western part of the state is Name is Aaron Roberts he is a great Guy I do not have his contact information with me right now so Aaron if you would introduce yourself and leave your contact information here for the western part of Oklahoma to have, Thank you.

This should be another great year for ASA in Oklahoma! Thank you Darrel for all of the hard work you put in. I have been a board member of a local club for many years and I know how much work goes into putting things together. And thanks to Arron as well for stepping up and giving Darrel a hand in putting up with all of us. - Randy

Thanks for the all your hard work this year Darrel.

Alright guys let your ranges know if you read this to get there dates set. Darrel's got enough to do without having to try and put a schedule together last minute and the sooner we know the sooner everyone can get the word out and clear there schedules.:D

Looking forward to 2009. Hope someone in the state shoots the K50.
