I am thinking about changing to a Spot Hogg Whammy rest for the 09 3D season.
I was using a NAP Smartrest, but it is a Hoyt product and I cant use it on my Pearson..
Has anyone used one before, or currently, what do you think of it?
I will say I was very pleased with the performance of the Smartrest.

I currently have one on my 3D bow and so far have not had any problems w/ it. I am probably going to switch to a lizard tongue in the future, mainly because of the simplicity an lack of moving parts.

JAG I had one and it was a good rest... It was actually the first dropaway I ever shot. If I was going to buy another dropaway though I think I would look hard at the limbdriver. I have been shooting lizard tongue rests for years and I went back to them after shooting the dropaways...:noidea:

I have one on my hunting bow and have had zero problems with it.
Carefully read the instructions since it sets up a bit differently than other drop aways. It's not difficult to set up, just different.

Jag, get a Trophy Taker. They make the best rest there is IMO.

JAG you might also consider a limb driver rest. i think it is the easiest drop away to setup that i have ever used and it works great.
