View Full Version : What kind of quiver do you use? Rodgann 07-30-2006, 01:52 PM Do you prefer the one or two piece quiver and what brand do you use? JBUTLER 07-30-2006, 03:27 PM 1 piece removeable is what I prefer and I use the Alpine 3 arrow model!! swampbuck 07-30-2006, 06:15 PM i use a hip quiver. I never liked the ones that mount on the bow as they add weight and make noise when you shoot, especially if an arrow is alittle loose. Always ended up talking them off once up in the stand anyway. Well stated facts:biggrin1: brokenarrow 07-30-2006, 07:02 PM Ditto! for a long time I used a 1 pc. and took it off in stand. I actually put a spare QD mount on the stand so I could secure the quiver. Now I use a 4 Arrow hip quiver. Does it seem to be a real low profile, thats what I'm looking for. killbambidead 07-31-2006, 10:05 AM kwikie quiver because its cheap and can be taken off easily KNBodie 07-31-2006, 03:30 PM alpine soft lok 5 is an awesome quiver, I switch from large to small diameter shafts during seasons that run concurrently. (skinny shafts for antelope large shafts for deer, elk, and bear) the only thing I did different is that I turned it into a hip Quiver by using a heavy piece of buffalo hide some nuts and bolts and some leather rivets. |
