We are all out of Eclipse and/or Autocrat Coffee Syrup.

Ordered 2 cases of "Coffee Time Syrup" much stronger than Eclipse.

Mrs. Squid went to college in RI, (R.I.C. in Providence) and I went to Boarding/Prep School (St. Andrew's in Barrington) and we both really enjoy the Official State Drink of RI.. "Coffee Milk"

And on a hot summer day you just can't beat a "coffee cabinet" and I have perfected it to a point that ours is better than we used to get at the Newport Creamery.

But the primary reason is it it the only way to get Lizard to drink enough milk.

We have to ration the syrup quite closely, as well as our yearly supply of NH Grade B Dark Amber Maple Syrup from her cousins Sugar Shack.


I do put it over Vanilla Ice Cream on occasion, but it's better on "Moose Tracks" turns it into "Mocha Moose Tracks".
