Took quite a few pictures guys.

Practice range. Typical Hattiesburg terrain. Very tight thick narrow lanes. Tough judging.

Gary Coffey has a nice item. Something new real soon. Light that attachs right to the fiber on your sight. Several colors. Affordable. Doesnt dim.

One of them only does one color.

Other one can like five different colors. $69.00

Also had some really nice kisser button that attach easily.

Enjoyed shootin with ya in the Team Shoot, I never checked, but I'm fairly certain we didn't stand much chance against Levi Morgan and Bryan Goza.

Pros shoot down. Levi Morgan made the shoot down with a Zero on the course. Darrin Christenberry was the man all weekend. He nailed his last shot for a 14 to win the Pro class. Way to go Darrin. These guys can flat shoot.

Thanks for all the pics DB!! Looks like you had a pretty fun weekend for sure! I liked the 3D in the livestock barn! I wish they would hold shoots like that at the fair grounds around here.

Levi is an inspiring shooter, undeniable skills! And from what I've heared a heck of a nice guy.

There lots of class acts in the pros. Levi is a great guy. Darrin Christenberry is diffiantly one of the nicest guys around. Most of these guys will help anyone at the shoots.

Hey Dan

Those are some awesome pictures!!! :biggrin1:

And I don’t want to side track a great post

But some really special folks that were in route to this event need all of our prayers

On Friday, we found out that Mike Davis had a stroke. He and his wife, Susan, were on their way to the ASA Pro/Am Tournament that was held in Hattiesburg, Mississippi this past weekend - they got off the plane in Detroit, Michigan where Mike was taken to the hospital. I spoke to Susan briefly on Friday & she said Mike seemed to be doing ok, except that his right side was affected & that he should regain most of that back with therapy.

They were able to fly back home last evening. Susan is taking Mike to see his doctor today for more evaluations. Mike sounded good. Susan said he is walking, but not very steady. She will keep us updated on what they find out today.

Great people that love archery and I wish Mike and Susan the best for a good recovery

Your photo's are great DB. Your hard work is greatly appreciated!

You'd kinda sneaky too-I never saw you taking any of the ones I'm in.

That one shot is good enough to have Javi critique my attempt at going to a handheld release, lol. I wrestled with that thing all weekend.

Whereas Michael B. has gone back and fourth with the wrist-strap to hand-held I quizzed him for some pointers on the transition. Hopefully I can get them to work as this "year of transition" from pins to open and from wrist-strap to hand-held has been very frustrating.

Mike was certianly on the minds of many of us on the range. Please keep us informed. ASA folks did inform us Sat that Mike was doing better. We hope for the best for him. You wont find a better or nicer guy than Mike. I have had the pleasure of shooting with Mike and Susan a few times.
