I'm not a woman but have been to BOWSAFARI.COM in Coalgate Ok twice and it is a first class and very reasonable place to hunt hogs. 1 hog of any size/day for 125 bucks this includes a very nice lodge with full kitchen. Bring your own food. They have stands in place or you can bring your own or do spot and stalk. Calvin and deanna Farr are the owners and they are the nicest people youll meet. They will help you pick a spot or let you do your own thing.

Women are allowed to hunt ???? Whats next , they'll want to vote and then it'll be driving cars too. What in this wide world of sports is this coming too ?? (and by hogs I surely do hope she means pigs and not my Harley:Cry: )

Just kidding:wave: honest

I just started hunting this past fall. I shot my first deer with my pink bow last november and I am currently looking for a hog hunt. Maybe we could meet up somewhere? JAG is also a bowhunter and I know she'd be in for another all girl hunt.

I suggest that you buy what YOU like, your fiance is not the one shooting it. If you are set on Hoyt or Mathews (both are good bows no matter what some will tell you), you always have the option of buying used. There are many good brands of bows out there. Bowtech and Elite are both good too. Martin makes a good bow that is not expensive. Shoot as many different bows as you possibly can so you can deside what YOU like.

There are quite a few female hunters that hang out here. If you guys do do this hunt, make sure you take pics and let everyone here know how it goes. Good luck and oh yeah, by the way :welcome: :welcome:

1,000 Acres under game fence, 480 head (1:1 buck to doe ratio) of delicious grain fed deer, beautiful lodge w/ high speed internet... My wife and girls will be there for their private "youth only" hunt this fall.
