What do most of you prefer for 3D? Drop-Away or the Prong-Style rests? Which rest do you use?

I use a blade on a BriteSite Pro Tuner but many of the younger generation can't handle a blade and so go to a drop away to compensate  :biggrin1:

I switched to a Blade for indoor and shot it very well. I tried a blade for 3d and field and had a little trouble with it at first. I'm getting a little better the more I shoot it, but I'm toying with the idea of switching back to a drop away for 3d and field. My scores have taken a hit from the drop away to the blade. But thats not the blades fault its mine. I think I'm going to just grit it out with the blade until my scores come back.

Xquest here shoots a drop away alot of times and he wins alot. Not no young whipper snapper either Mike.

I think both work and do the job well.

I have one bow with a launcher blade and one with a drop away. Both shoot eqaully well.

Dan, I shoot the new Mathews Down Force on my hunting bow but I'll stick to the blade for targets... The blades have a lot more adjustment and arrow control than any drop away...

"sides I didn't say the drop away wasn't accurate I just said the kids usually can't handle the blades...
