Do you use a rest, and if so What kind, & what kind so you use on your oldest bow's if any?
How do you overcome fletchwrinkle without a rest ?

On my compound I use a flipper rest works great. On my recurve I shoot off the shelf and when you do this you cannot shoot vanes they effect your arrow flight so go with some feathers I like the 5 inch helicals and they do not wrinkle off the shelf when I shoot and I get great arrow flight
