hey guys, today when i was shooting i noticed that my fletching in just barely touching my cables on my diamond. it has one of those little plastice cable guides on it, havent got around to buying and STS yet. is ther any significant problem with this or should i just keep shooting and ignore it?

Your shooting Gold Tips? Just turn your nock on your arrow just a bit until you get good clearance. If you have a shoot thru rest, make sure you still have clearance there also. Doesn't take much of an adjustment.

i shoot a drop awayand i was told to make the **** vane straight up, this doesnt realy matter does it?

I would give it a little twist to clear the cable if I were you. Should'nt be a problem with a drop away.
