I sent my Badlands Monster pack in about two weeks ago for repair. The strap that connects the shoulder harness ripped off.

I called them, got an RA and only had to pay shipping ONE way and the cost for repair was nothing.

I'm very impressed with a company that has and honors such a great warranty!

I suggest anyone that is looking for a pack to check them out!

I have one Badlands and three Vortex (same company) they are the most comfortable, durable packs made. And if they break it doesn't matter.

The warranty will always bring me back for another purchase.
