it is 100% legal. I have the landowner pemit for Unit 9 Either sex archery in September of this year. I can sell or trade as i see fit. Tag is worth around $1500 and i would gladly take the cash but thought i might get a good bow instead. This is a good elk hunt. Hunter will see a lot of elk and can hunt all public land in this unit (mt. talor, grants area). Bulls should be in full rut and hunter will be looking for a good 300 class 6x6.
