I am thinking about trying a BT release and these are the two I have it down to. Any pros and cons you guys can give? I will be using it for hunting.

I don't like a BT release for hunting personally some use them but I would like too. On a cold morning when your bow is hard to draw you could set it off. They can change depending on your angle. This is just my opinion I do not mean anything by this.

Thanks for your opinon, I have heard about misfires too, that is why I was looking at the Back Strap, it has a sort of safety trigger; you pull it in with your "trigger" finger as you draw. Once your in the let off(valley), you take your finger off the safety and then fire in BT mode. At least thats what their web site said. I would like some real world experience from people that have used one before I shell out $$$$ for one. But it looks pretty good. I'm having consistancy issues with my release, or more accurately, "my release form" !

I switched to a BT, give yourself about a month to get used to it. Theres a reason why most target shooters dont use a strap. ;) I'm using a Chappy Boss by the way.
