Been shooting the new apex 7 and I can't get over the grip. It's cured a lot of my left/right misses, but I'm not sure what it is about it that makes it so easy to shoot. Any ideas?

Any ideas? could be the fact that your shooting a 38 inch A2A bow which signfigantly reduces the torguing aspect you get with a shorter A2A bow? BUNNYMAN 10-11-2006, 09:10 PM or maybe the fact that for once they made a bow w/ a narrow throat............. big scores 10-11-2006, 11:52 PM what grip??:noidea: isn't it just a cut in the riser?:noidea: BUNNYMAN 10-12-2006, 06:54 AM oh were sorry let me explain for some people, myself included........that the spot were you hold the bow......some of us refer to as the grip, wether there is wood, rubber or just the alluminum that makes up the riser.......think maybe thats what he ment.......correct me if I am wrong.... Jay Are 10-12-2006, 11:12 AM I prefer the narrow throat. I have been taken the oversized wooded grips bows come with off. It allows me to have a more consistent hold on the bow. The A7 is an assume bow, the only thing I don't like is the price. |
