the best is when they get skewered to the ground and then run around in circles trying to find the way off the arrow. I hate treerats

but I like being able to reuse my arrows... when you shoot them off the tree the arrow doesn't usually stop for a few miles :)

Used to shoot em to releave boredom while deer hunting. Several years ago I shot at one on the ground from my statnd and thought I'd miised him. He ran over to a big red oak and started to climb, but he kept falling over backwards. Took out the binoculars and took a look. The broadhead took off one front leg, and the other was just hanging on by skin. He kept trying to get up the tree, and it made me feel so bad I had to climb down and walk over and finish him off. Haven't shot at one since, although I still hunt em with a rifle. Must be getting soft
