The Good Lord really blessed me this year! 2nd Nice 8 point in a week. I have a Nebraska Mule Deer tag and it looks like I will have plenty of time to concentrate on that now.

When I'm not gone to Nebraska I will definitely be out keeping tabs on my area. I'm sure a couple of nannies will die. They usually do!:biggrin1:

True Duane! I've only been trail camming a couple of years but this is the first time I had a for sure before & after. I hope it's Not my last!:cool:

I killed him on the same 40 acres, but I don't set my cams up right where I intend to hunt, but more or less in spots where it is easy and quick in and out access but yet catches a lot of Deer going through a spot. My 2 favorite stands never have been hunted in 09 yet. A little cooperation from the weather and the next 10 days or so will be Awesome!!:D

We are allowed 2 Bucks regardless of weapon, and since all I have ever done is Bowhunt then it's 2 for me with Archery tackle.

We can kill does until we are tired of dragging them out:cool: I used to kill 8 to 12 a year but got tired of it. I'll get out in the next 2 weeks and just shoot a couple of does because they need thinned out.

I wish IL would go to a one Buck limit but honestly since they no longer use check stations it wouldn't matter anyway. Too many kill more than their alloted 2 now :mad2:
