I cant afford an arrow saw right now,is there a method for cutting aluminum shafts thats cheap with good results?:noidea:

I have always used a copper tube cutter, I take it slow and i have never had a problem. Been doing it this way for 20 some odd years.

becareful when using a tube cutter as not to apply to much pressue at on time as the tube will be crimped in to some degree like the other atated
take it slow
ie just apply a little pressue at a time

Any place you buy them they should cut them for free! just dont let them glue the inserts in. the final prep work is very important, ie ASD tool, cleaning etc, etc,
