I have this guy selling a 09 Hoyt Proelite LH.He asking $950  for bare bow with a drop away rest. What gets me is that I shot left handed  and it hard to find anything cheep:frusty: . Does this sound like a far price?

$950 is too steep $650-$700 is a fair price it is used and no warranty

No. For a bow w/ no warranty $950 is too much.

$800 sounds about fair.

From my experience, a bow tends to lose about 30% of it's value in the first year.

$1350 price of a new one.

Those are not cheap bows. He losing money. Bottomline its his bow and if you dont like the price. Make an offer of $850.00.

But those are not cheapy bows and maybe he would rather keep it than take a big loss.

You can buy a brand new one with warranty around here for $1000.

I wouldn't pay more than $600-$700. The draw length would have to be perfect and the strings/cables would have to be in very good shape at that price even.
