View Full Version : Breaking news! Mathews...

Is being sued by Ertl! I just heard it on the news. Mathews and Ertl will be battaling over patent infringement. According to court documents the same limbs used on the Ertl FS-1000 bow are not being used on the new Mathews Drenalin!

This is very remininsant of the Elite vs Bowtech battle from last year.

If Ertl wins this lawsuit expect Mathews bows to rise quickly in price or be completely pulled off the shelves! This blow could set Mathews back YEARS in development.

Just to get an idea of the bows in question. Below is the FS-1000 and the Drenalin. Notice the similarity in the limbs.

good going, and I was thinking of buying one of those (FS-1000 ) but I will wait now:Cry: to see how the lawsuit turns out, they sometimes have away of back firing on the plaintives. I sure would hate to buy it and not be able to get parts for it:laugh:

That FS-1000 is dead quiet and no hand shock at all but if I do get one think I'll go ahead and put an STS on it. No more bows I purchase will be without an STS.

Do you notice the hint of Hijacking here. Lets talk STS for awhile.

it would only take them five minuets to come up w/a better grip design.....it takes years to grow trees....think about it.....
