I found a used mathews legacy for sale at my local shop. The Draw length was 30" I was wondering can you tune that down to 27" or do you have to get a whole new cam to bring it down to 27"?

I believe all Mathews are DL specific I know the newer bows are so you will need to get another cam. This being said some proshops will simply trade you cams or some may want $20 and trade. Depends on the shop but I hope your shop will take a trade. Good luck and Have fun.

The Legacy does have a draw length specific cam on it. If your dealer can not trade you cams (may not have one available), you should be able to buy a used one for around $50. You can look on ebay or in the classifieds on www.archerytalk.com. You can also sell the 29" cam in the same places and probably come out even. Good luck.
