What is the p[rocess to test a new archer to find out if they should have a LH
bow and or RH bow...I justr put my finger up and with both eye open look at the pointed finger and close the left eye if the item I am pointing at does not move the person is a RH archer.I then open both eye again and point the finger at a tiem and close the right eye if the item does not move then they are LH archer....Can a person be both ?????

Another way to do it is to put both hands together palms out making a hole in the middle. Hold both of them at arms length while looking through the hole. While looking through the hole bring both hands back to your eye while continuing to look through the hole. Which ever eye your hands go to is the dominant eye.

If it is opposite of what the person normally uses then there are two options.
Learn to shoot with the other hand or learn to shoot with the dominant eye covered.
