With St. Joe Bowhunters throwing in the towel and other clubs facing challenges of their own, the long running IBO Heartland Triple Crown was in danger of slipping away.
The Golden Arrow Archery Club in Omaha has been the anchor of this shoot and worked very hard to keep it alive. They have a new crew of ambitious archers working for all of us to provide this opportunity. They will host the second leg on June 19th and 20th.
There is also a brand-new club in Rockport, Missouri that will hold the final leg on July 3rd and 4th. The Missouri River Archery Club is a short drive North of St. Joe right off the interstate.
We at Tri-County will be hosting the 1st leg. Being late in the year for scheduling purposes it came down to one weekend that would work. June 5th and 6th will be the first leg at Tri-County.
This has always been a great shoot and well-attended by some of the best shooters in the Midwest. Check out the attached flyer and let everyone know of this opportunity.
I copied the above from Huntelk's post on another site.
