Been busy as crap with work, finishing house remodel, kids softball, and losing some weight. Down 39 lbs as of today and we finished regular softball season with both my 2 girls yesterday. Oldest one's team finished 13-0 on the season and youngest finished 12-0 on the season. Just wanted to pop in and see everyone. Won't be long and i'll be back.

Jame if your talking about weight..............simply when you got alot to lose it's not near as hard. I stopped drinking cokes, started eating healthy, 1st 3 weeks I walked damn near every night 3 miles. After that I started incorporating jogging. Jogged til I was out of breath and then walked til I got my wind back again then back to jogging. It's been about 3 months........I passed the 40 lbs lost mark today. Also I rotate it.........Some nights I workout on the Wii fit and some nights I ride my bike. Gotta rotate it up or I get bored.
Heard about the shootoff.............that's awesome. Looks like all that hard work is paying off.

Yes sir........I was hoping to shoot alot more this year but with all the things going and after they diagnosed mom with lupus late last year I have to help take care of her 15 acres alot. Still enjoy making what limited shoots I can. Key word is limited:laugh:
