yeah all you need is A permit, but to get that permit you must trade in your first born child, be in possesion special letter from Senator Clinton (AHAHAHAHA) and a have badge :)

Actually it varies from county to county. It's a state permit but it is approved by the county judge, so depending on his personal beliefs they can restrict your carry. Yeah... but it's alittle more complicated than that also...We need 4 character references fill out questionaires and then they need to be notarized, and then...you have 30 days to turn the packet in and get prints and photo and pay $100 to process it... and in 90 days you get to pay $10 for your card + $3 a gun to add it to your permit...:doh: It just makes me sick...
