I have looked at the 10-22 and know a few people who have them and have talked to a couple of gun dealers one being a good freind and have been told that the 597 will do out of the box whata 10-22 will do after mods....

At 100 yards it is dead on. It's a savage bull barrell stainless. i love it and keep it in my sky rack (roof mounted) in my pick up.Hs

you guys realize that 500 shots a day at a CHEAP price (ie: .10 / round) is 50 bux right? I don't know if I could shoot that many times a day!!!

Yeah...22-250 runs like .23/ rnd so your talkin bout $100-$200 a day...It's worth it :biggrin1:
