This past Friday Night or early Saturday morning one the Bow shops I shoot at,Country Archery, in Casey,Illinois was broken into and various items were stolen.

One item was a customers 2010 Hoyt Maxxis 31. It was in camo.
It had a Black Gold Sight
11 1/2" Black Octane Stabilizer
Ultra Drop away rest.
Brand New just Bolted on Leupold Vandetta Archery Range Finder

One Bow that was stolen is a 2004/2005 Bowtech Pro 38 in Mossy Oak Camo.

Someone even stole the Shop Owners recently purchased Custom Powder Coated Bowtech Constitution that he recently purchased just 2 weeks ago. It was loaded with all his 3-D stuff on it. I believe it is a 2007/2008 Model.

It had a TruBall Axcel 3000 sight with a CR 1 3/8" Scope and a Brite Sight 6X Lens.
Trophy Taker original Drop away camo rest.
Super hooded peep
Doinker 24" Stabilizer up front with a Doinker Adjustable V-Bar assembly with 2 12" Cartel Stabilizers with Doinker A-Bombs on them.
It has Blue and Gray strings and cables to match the bow.

This Cobalt Blue Bowtech Constitution has the riser power coated in Cobalt Blue with gray limb pockets. The limbs on it are Firestorm Gray.

I haven't got the Serial #'s as of yet but I am hoping to have them soon so I can post them.

Country Archery is located 5 miles South of Casey, Illinois. Anyone in the surrounding communities such as Effingham, Terre Haute, Paris, Marshall, or Charleston please be on the look out for these items. The Blue Constitution will stand out really bad. If you know anything or see anything that might help us please call 217-932-9202. Or you can contact me right here on 3-D Shoot's. Thank you.

if I was going to steal a bow, it wouldn't be a Hoyt or a Bowtech thats for sure.

What a unbelievable statement from a supposed Alabama champion, a thief is a thief no matter what they steal.

Oh no, I agree, thieves are trash. What I meant was, if I was going to committ armed robbery, I wouldn't rob the local bait store, I'd head for the bank.

aka Strother Archery.

Wow - just the kind of comment this thread needed.

Distinctive equipment - I'm a long ways away, but I'll keep my internet ears on, sorry for your loss and hope you get the items back.

All thieves are SCUM.....

Hey there Yankee Rebel, I hate to hear of that kinda crap happening to one of my favorite old shops to shoot at.
I wish you all luck in recovering the equipment. I will be on the look out here in Iowa. I know I am a ways away but, hey, you never know.
If you come up the serial numbers let me know.
How did they get in anyway? I thought there were bars on the windows and all?

Anyway good luck,

rdnkgrl_robinhood (Val)

Why would anyone risk their freedom to steal a Bowtech? Little do the thieves know the joke is on them. If they shoot the Bowtech bows for themselves they will get theirs in the end, guaranteed.
