Juan 12-30-2010, 10:15 PM I'd rather leave it to the expert :) Dan 100% agree My friends at www.easternhydrographics.com do this & wow to do it right it takes some prep. time. It doesn't take much to mess it up:doh: MeanV2 12-30-2010, 10:20 PM You're right Juan! I have all my rods dipped professionally that are going to be made into MeanV Suppressors and correct prep, base coat, etc. is the key. I also do custom dipping of accessories and bows. Just send everything in with my rods and get a better deal. I've tried 4 dippers but I am really pleased with the guy who is doing my dipping now. Plus he is super guy to deal with! :) Dan wilkersonhunter 12-31-2010, 06:44 AM i will agree if you try and save money on some things it will usually cost you more $ in the long run so i usually leave it to the pro's.:amen: 72Beetle 12-31-2010, 07:53 PM Heres the kick, IF you take your time and are a tad OCD like myself there is no problems in doing it yourself. I have done a couple of my bows. I enjoy doing things myself and finding new thing I can create in the archery realm for the fun of it. Plus I love to tinker, and I am not your average bear. It depends on the individual and what talent they have. Only the person doing it can answer those questions.
