I have been bowhunting for several years now but unfortunately I have not had the luxury of someone there who can show me the ropes. All of my hunting camp uses rifles and I am the only one who bowhunts. Long story short, I have not had any teaching abot what is the best options to choose. I have been trying to decide on broadheads recently. I am currently shooting rage 3 expandable 100 gr. I am using Carbon Fury 4560 arrows with a 28 in draw and 60 lb draw weight. I know that some people say 5 or 6 or 7 grains per pound of draw weight but I was just wondering if this setup was enough weight for my arrow.
I have also been thinking about switching to fixed blades because I cant practice with my expandable heads. All I have is a 3D target and shooting an expandable into that isnt really an option. Is there a way to practice with expandables without ruining a target or a broadhead?
I have been trying to refletch arrows and I am having trouble with it. The glue is not sticking that well. Is there a glue out there that will stick better to the shaft? What about fletching onto an arrow wrap? I am using an Arizona EZ fletch right now, is there a better fletching tool?

Sorry for the amount of questions but I appreciate any input.

A lot of question for one post...let me try and help.

Fletching onto a Wrap...not recommended. Might get away with practice arrows, but me personally, I wouldnt use them in the field. Strip the arrow and re-fletch or even try NAP Quik Fletch.

Glue... Got make sure you use enough. But not tooo much. Using toooo much can alter an arrows flight, weight and balance.

Instead of shooting mechanicals into targets, find a nice fixed blade. Such as Magnus Buzz Cuts or Stingers, Muzzys, Slick Tricks or even Montecs by G5.

Hope this helps
